Your signed agreement
Before beginning any service you are asked to read and agree to our Client Services Agreement, Informed Consent, Liability Waiver, Payment Policy, Confidentiality Notice and Terms of Engagement. Your typed name, the version you agreed to, and the exact date and time are stored securely, and only approved New Alignment team members can see them.
You may ask for a copy of what you signed at any time, and a printed version for handwritten signature is available on request.

Employers and confidentiality
Where an employer sponsors support, they never receive session notes, journal entries, diagnoses or confidential session content about an individual.
Organizations see aggregate participation information only, subject to consent and applicable law.
An honest limit
We apply reasonable protections to digital content, but no online platform can guarantee that another person will never copy or capture what is shared. We'd rather tell you that plainly than promise otherwise.
