Client Services Agreement

Before we begin any service together, please read and agree to our Client Services Agreement, Informed Consent, Liability Waiver, Payment Policy, Confidentiality Notice and Terms of Engagement (version 1.1).

  • A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, and deposits are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and may be charged in full.
  • No outcomes are guaranteed; services are collaborative and results vary.
  • New Alignment is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, psychiatric, legal or financial advice.
  • Confidentiality is protected, with legal and safeguarding exceptions; in couples, family and group work it cannot be guaranteed between participants.
  • Sessions may not be recorded, photographed or shared without written permission.
  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Jamaica, with mediation then binding arbitration.
